Before Utilizing our WebEx support services, please ensure that you’re your PC meets the necessary requirements listed below:

Minimum requirements for Windows:

  • Windows 2000, or XP/Vista
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5, 6, or Netscape 4.7
  • JavaScript and cookies enabled in the browser
  • 56K or faster Internet connection

Minimum requirements for Java Meeting Manager on Windows:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5, or Netscape 4.7

Note to New WebEx Users:
Please allow about 15 minutes prior to the start of your session for the related WebEx browser extensions to download. You’ll be asked to type in your name and email address, as well as the WebEx session password.
