The Punch Hole Removal function removes the black dots that appear when you scan pages from booklets or binders. And the new Rapid Recovery System, which only sends completed image data to your application software, offers seamless scanning operation should a feeding error occur. Built to boost productivity, the DR-2580C scans at a rapid rate of 25 pages or 50 images per minute (letter/200 dpi/portrait).

The DR-2580C comes bundled with Canon's CapturePerfect and Adobe® Acrobat® software, in addition to a full-featured ISIS®/TWAIN driver.
